About these Terms
1These Terms apply to your use of InoBox.org and any pages, widgets, or flows hosted on InoBox (including subscription confirmations, preference pages, unsubscribe pages, and structured forms). If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the Service.
These Terms may reference additional policies that form part of the agreement, including the Privacy Policy and Cookie page. Where mandatory law grants you additional rights, those rights are not removed by these Terms.
Definitions
2In these Terms:
- “InoBox” means InoBox.org and any pages, widgets, or flows hosted on it.
- “Service” means features provided through InoBox, including confirmations, preferences, forms, and related tools.
- “Kcalb ecosystem” means platforms, brands, and services operated, maintained, or supported by Kcalb Ltd.
- “Confirmation link / token” means a unique link or code sent to an email address to confirm ownership or validate an action.
- “Third-party services” means external providers we may use (hosting, email delivery, verification providers, analytics, logistics).
- “You” means the person using the Service (or the organization you represent, if applicable).
Who we are
3The Service is operated by Kcalb Ltd (Company number 14132246). References to “we”, “us”, or “our” mean Kcalb Ltd. References to “you” mean the person using the Service.
Eligibility
4You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to use the Service. InoBox is intended for users who are of legal age in their country of residence (typically 18+).
If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
The Service
5InoBox is a preference hub and interaction layer. It may include pages and flows such as:
- Email confirmation and double opt-in steps to verify email ownership.
- Preference and topic management for communications across the ecosystem.
- Unsubscribe and suppression flows to reduce or stop marketing topics.
- Structured forms for requests, support, verification steps, or delivery details where a page indicates that purpose.
We may add, remove, or adjust features to improve security, usability, compliance, or reliability. Availability is not guaranteed and may be affected by maintenance, security events, or third-party dependencies.
Accounts & email ownership
6Some InoBox actions depend on proving that you control an email address (for example: confirming a subscription or changing preferences). Confirmation links and tokens are intended only for the recipient of the email.
You agree not to attempt to confirm, change, or manage preferences for an email address you do not control. We may restrict or block activity that appears abusive, automated, or fraudulent.
Confirmation links & security
7Confirmation links and tokens are personal and are meant to be used only by the owner of the email address. If you share a confirmation link with someone else, or if your email account is compromised, actions made through that link may affect your preferences.
We may set expiration times or security limits on confirmation links (for example: time limits, rate limits, or one-time use). We may invalidate a link if we believe it is being abused or used in an unsafe way.
Subscriptions & preferences
8InoBox allows you to select topics, subscribe, unsubscribe, and update preferences. Your choices may affect what communications you receive from ecosystem brands operated or supported by Kcalb Ltd.
We may maintain a record of consent status and preference history to protect users, prevent abuse, and demonstrate opt-in where required. You can update your preferences at any time using the preference flows made available on InoBox.
Communications
9By using InoBox, you may receive emails necessary to complete actions you request (for example: confirmations and preference updates). Marketing or topic-based emails are sent based on your selections and applicable consent rules.
We may also send operational or security messages if needed to protect the Service or complete a requested flow. You can typically manage marketing topics through the preference pages.
Scam warning
10Kcalb Ltd will never ask for passwords, private keys, seed phrases, recovery codes, or sensitive authentication data in private messages. Use official domains and links only. If you are unsure, verify through official channels.
Forms, requests & submissions
11Some pages allow you to submit forms (support requests, preference actions, or ecosystem interaction steps). You agree that information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge and is provided for the stated purpose of the page.
Do not submit unlawful content, harmful code, or sensitive information in free-text fields unless the form specifically requests it and clearly explains the purpose. We may remove, restrict, or reject submissions that violate these Terms or appear abusive.
Verification (KYC)
12Certain ecosystem flows may require verification or compliance steps (commonly referred to as “KYC”). If a page requests verification information, it should indicate why it is needed and what is required.
You agree not to submit falsified documents or impersonate another person. Where verification providers are used, they may process information solely to perform the verification service under instructions and safeguards.
Verification is not a default feature on all pages and appears only where a specific flow requires it. We may restrict access or suspend flows if verification requirements are not met or if fraud is suspected.
Orders & delivery
13Some platforms conceived by Kcalb Ltd may involve delivery of goods or services. InoBox pages may be used to collect or update delivery details (recipient name, address, phone number, delivery instructions) when a flow explicitly asks for them.
Not a store
14InoBox is not a marketplace and does not act as the seller of goods or services unless clearly stated on a specific page. InoBox may be used to collect information needed to complete or support an order made through another platform in the ecosystem.
Where another platform, supplier, or fulfillment partner is responsible for an order, their own terms may apply. You are responsible for providing correct delivery information. Where applicable, delivery details may be shared with logistics or fulfillment partners solely to carry out delivery or service.
Acceptable use
15You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes (but is not limited to):
- Attempting to access or manage another person’s email preferences or confirmations.
- Sending spam, automated abuse, or manipulating confirmations and forms at scale.
- Probing, scanning, or testing security without authorization.
- Uploading malware or attempting to disrupt the Service, networks, or systems.
- Using the Service in a way that violates applicable law or infringes rights.
To protect users and the Service, we may use technical measures such as rate limiting, automated detection, traffic filtering, and logging of technical events (timestamps, IP address, browser/device signals).
Your responsibilities
16You agree that:
- You will provide accurate information when using InoBox (especially in structured forms).
- You will only confirm subscriptions or manage preferences for email addresses you control.
- You will not impersonate anyone or submit false information.
- You will use the Service in a lawful way.
- You are responsible for protecting access to your inbox, devices, and any confirmation links you receive.
Third-party links
17InoBox may include links to external websites and platforms (ecosystem domains, social channels, partner services). External services operate independently and may have their own terms and policies. We do not control third-party services.
When you leave InoBox.org to visit another domain, you do so at your own risk and should review the destination’s terms and policies.

You may use the Service only for its intended purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Service except where allowed by law or with written permission.

Indemnity
23If you misuse the Service or violate these Terms and this causes harm, claims, losses, or legal costs, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kcalb Ltd from such claims and related costs (including reasonable legal fees), to the extent permitted by law.
This may include issues caused by false information, impersonation, unlawful submissions, abuse of confirmation links, or actions that lead to complaints from third parties.
Suspension & termination
24We may suspend or restrict access to the Service if we reasonably believe there is abuse, fraud, security risk, unlawful activity, or violation of these Terms. We may take actions necessary to protect users, infrastructure, and compliance requirements.
We may take these actions immediately and without notice when needed to protect users, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, or respond to security risks.
You may stop using the Service at any time. Preference controls and unsubscribe tools are available on relevant InoBox pages.
Changes to the Service or Terms
25We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Service, security, legal requirements, or operational needs. The updated Terms will be published on this page and the “Last updated” date will change.
If changes are material, we may provide additional notice where reasonable. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
